Refund & Download Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital study guides, except where required by law.

All products are delivered as instant PDF downloads after payment. Nothing physical is shipped.

Each purchase includes up to two (2) downloads of each purchased guide. Your download allowance is tied to your completed order.

Please download and save your files for your personal use.

If your download link does not work or a technical problem on our side prevents you from receiving your purchased guide, contact us through the contact form on standardpreptests.com.

We will restore your download access. If both permitted downloads have been lost because of a technical failure on our side, you may also contact us to have access restored.

Restoring download access is the remedy for these technical problems, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If a technical checkout error causes you to be charged twice for the same order, we will correct the duplicate charge.

Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation, exchange, or other remedy, the law prevails over this Policy.
