These Terms of Use apply to standardpreptests.com and all purchases of digital study guides from Standard Prep Tests.

Standard Prep Tests is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We sell 13 digital study guides in PDF format covering the SAT, LSAT, and GMAT exams.

By using our website or purchasing a guide, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

All products sold by Standard Prep Tests are digital PDF study guides. We do not ship physical products.

After your payment is completed, your purchased guides are made available for instant download through the Your Downloads page associated with your completed order.

You are responsible for downloading and saving your files for your personal use. Access is subject to the download limit in Section 5.

If a technical problem on our side prevents you from receiving a purchased guide, contact us through the website. We will restore your download access. Restoring access is the remedy for this issue, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full payment card numbers.

You must provide accurate information when placing an order and ensure that your payment is authorized.

If a technical checkout error causes you to be charged twice for the same order, we will correct the duplicate charge.

When you purchase a study guide, Standard Prep Tests grants one person a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that guide for their own personal, non-commercial study.

You may print a copy of a purchased guide for your own personal use.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the guide or its copyright to you. You may not sublicense your rights or transfer your licence to another person.

You may not:

• Resell a guide or access to a guide.
• Give away, distribute, or share a guide with another person.
• Post a guide online, including on file-sharing sites, forums, social media, course sites, or public cloud links.
• Upload a guide to any website, repository, or AI tool.
• Reproduce or distribute a guide for commercial purposes.
• Use a guide for paid tutoring, paid courses, or institutional use without our written permission.

These restrictions apply regardless of whether you charge money for the guide or share it for free.

Any use outside the licence granted above requires our written permission.

Each purchase includes up to two (2) downloads of each purchased guide. The download allowance is tied to the completed order.

Once both downloads of a guide have been used, further downloads are not included in the purchase.

If both downloads are lost because of a technical failure on our side, contact us through the website. We will restore access to the affected guide.

You are responsible for keeping a usable copy of your downloaded files. The download limit does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads, except where the law requires otherwise.

If a technical problem on our side prevents you from receiving a purchased guide, we will restore your download access. Restoring access is the remedy for that problem, subject to any mandatory legal rights.

If a technical checkout error causes a duplicate charge for the same order, we will correct the duplicate charge.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

All study guides sold by Standard Prep Tests are original works written by us. We own the copyright in these guides, subject to any rights that cannot legally be restricted.

Purchasing a guide gives you only the personal-use licence described in these Terms. It does not give you ownership of the copyright or permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the guide beyond that licence.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, or commercial use may violate our intellectual property rights.

Our study guides teach exam methods and strategies. They are educational materials, not guarantees of performance.

We make no guarantees about your exam score, test results, admission to any school or program, or any other outcome.

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your preparation, performance, and the requirements of the relevant exam or institution.

Purchasing or using a guide does not guarantee a particular result.

Standard Prep Tests is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board, the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), or the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC).

SAT, LSAT, and GMAT are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names only to identify the exams our original study guides are designed to help students prepare for.

Our guides are original educational materials and are not official publications of those organizations.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person's rights.

We may take reasonable steps to protect our website, products, and intellectual property against misuse.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Standard Prep Tests is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of our website or study guides.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from your inability to achieve a particular exam score, test result, admission outcome, or other personal or academic goal.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version published on standardpreptests.com applies to your use of the website, subject to any legal requirements concerning changes to existing purchases or agreements.

The date at the top of this page identifies when the Terms were last updated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any interpretation or enforcement of these Terms is subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot legally be waived.
